“Last minute booking...pleasantly surprised! Great location, friendly helpful staff. Clean property and clean efficient rooms. Easy access to many shops, restaurants and Easy access to multiple sights. Initially concerned with being so close to University, but it provides vibrant energy and rooms are soundproof! Great value.$$$”

“Simple room in a great central location with many sites in walking distance. Metro and funicular lines within a few minutes.Arrived early and left late but was able to store luggage. Didn’t really use hotel facilities bar the toilet at reception and WiFi which was mostly ok but sometimes disconnected. No city views. No fridge and no ventilation. Bathroom door was jammed and woke up to water on floor from rain. It did the trick for one night but can only imagine it would be hard to stay in the same room during summer with no air con or ventilation.”

“Saw mixed reviews and took a risk. Room was clean with floors vinyl. Honestly preferred vinyl floors with Europe’s dust. Hot tub was in operation. Was hot/warm first day but in use. Next day was cooler and didn’t want to sit in long term (no view). Breakfast was good. Slightly varied hot foods, but rest stayed the same. Charcuterie, fruits, cereals, pastries and fruit. Made sandwich’s for later in day. On the pricey side for a stay but we booked late. Nice location.”

“+ clean, modern, no noise from street. top location near La Rambla. good wifi - hard spring mattress. thin doors (you hear everything from the hallway!). no view, just a small atrium, meaning no sun light in room, very gloomy (ask for a room in the higher floors). bathroom could be cleaner: scale and rust on bathtub faucet. jacuzzi and solarium (terrasse) were closed”
